We offer all our Applicants/Tenants:

  • Accompanied viewings at a time to suit you
  • Completion of full references and credit checks on your behalf via VOUCH.
  • Full handover pack to include; an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, inventory, EPC certificate, Gas safety certificate, deposit information and information factsheets
  • Registration of your deposit under Government legislation (A deposit is required, which is equivalent to 5 weeks rent).
  • 0% deposit options available at landlords discretion, please ask.
  • Day to day point of contact to offer advice, arrange repairs and deal with any queries, questions or problems that may arise [This is subject to the service your Landlord has chosen]
  • Check out of the property at the end of the Tenancy and releasing your deposit.

All monthly rents are exclusive of all bills, unless otherwise stated. Therefore, Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity, Telephone, Satellite and Cable Bills must be considered in addition to the rent.
